AARONFEST - TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket or entering the event site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Admission & Liability

  • Right of Admission: The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose behavior is deemed disorderly, dangerous, or offensive.

  • Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children throughout the event.

  • General Liability: The organizers ("For Aaron" and associated partners) accept no liability for any personal property lost, damaged, or stolen at the event. Entry is at the attendee's own risk.

2. Activities & Specific Liability

A. Bouncy Castles & Inflatables

  • Assumption of Risk: Use of the bouncy castles and inflatable attractions is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

  • Rules of Play: Users must follow all instructions given by the operators. Strictly no shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects (including glasses/badges) are permitted on the inflatables.

  • Liability: The organizers and equipment providers are not liable for any injuries sustained due to misuse, rough play, or failure to follow safety instructions.

B. Face Painting

  • Allergies & Skin Conditions: Parents/guardians must inform the face painter of any known skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to application.

  • Reactions: While high-quality, non-toxic paints are used, the organizers accept no liability for any allergic reactions or skin irritation resulting from face painting.

  • Refusal: The face painter reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with open sores, cold sores, or visible skin conditions for hygiene reasons.

C. Children’s Crafts

  • Hazards: The craft area may contain small parts, scissors, glue, and other materials that could pose a choking or injury hazard.

  • Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult while in the craft area. The organizers are not liable for stained clothing or minor injuries (e.g., paper cuts) sustained during craft activities.

3. Alcohol & Food

  • Challenge 25: A "Challenge 25" policy is in operation at the bar. If you look under 25, you will be asked for valid photo ID. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18.

  • Intoxication: The bar staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. Anti-social behavior resulting from alcohol consumption will result in ejection from the event.

  • External Drinks: No alcohol is to be brought into the venue from outside. Only alcohol purchased at the event bar may be consumed on-site.

  • Food Allergies: Attendees are responsible for checking with individual food vendors regarding allergens in their products.

4. Media & Photography

  • By entering the event, you consent to being filmed or photographed as part of the audience. These images may be used for future "For Aaron" or "British Heart Foundation" promotional materials.

5. Cancellation

  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances ("Force Majeure").
